How it works
I connect campaign data with CRM contacts. Where identifiers allow a match, I can view spend, creatives and sales progress together.
How the data connects
The four CRM stages
Each lead has one current stage. It is updated in the CRM, not by the ad platform.
Known limitations
02
Dashboard
Contacts by CRM stage
Counts and bars show current status. Costs use milestones reached: initial enquiry for Cold, Warm or a later stage for Warm, signed contract for Clients. Lost has no acquisition-stage cost.
Meta and Google, separately
Blended combines spend. Leads here are matched CRM contacts, assigned once to their first traceable touchpoint. Conversions reported by Meta and Google remain separate metrics.
Contacts over the period
Matched contacts across consecutive intervals in the selected period. This is not a forecast.
CPL by day of the week
An observation, not an experiment: the campaigns were not switched off at weekends to test this.
03
Creatives
One record per creative, not per ad. Each record contains its launches: the same asset across different audiences and destinations.

Ad launches
The model uses the first traceable touchpoint; it does not measure every interaction's contribution. Zero contracts may also reflect incomplete data or an ongoing sales cycle.
04
Copy Comparison
I compare variants sharing an asset, market and recorded segment. Targeting, budget, destination and delivery may differ: an observed gap does not prove an effect of the copy.
Cost per contact describes the observed sample. This is not a controlled test and does not identify a winner on its own.
Groups share an asset, market and recorded segment. They do not guarantee identical targeting or equivalent delivery. Isolating the effect of copy requires a controlled experiment.
05
Website or Calendly
A website form and a Calendly appointment are different acquisition paths. I compare cost per contact, milestones reached and contracts, allowing for sales-cycle maturity.

Audiences
Recorded segments for this demo's ad launches. Prospecting and retargeting stay separate; neither alone describes full targeting or contact quality.
Stages come from the CRM. Many contacts still marked Cold may reflect follow-up or qualification times, not audience quality. Labels describe recorded data, not live targeting.
